The details you provide
The booking form asks for your name, email, tattoo idea, placement, approximate size, preferred style and timeframe, and whether I’ve tattooed you before. You can also choose to add a phone number, Instagram username, and up to three reference images.
How your request is used
I use your details to understand the project, decide whether it fits my style, and contact you about next steps. A submitted request does not confirm an appointment.
Form delivery and reference images
The form uses FormSubmit, a third-party service, to deliver your request and any optional image attachments to my booking inbox. Please share only reference images you have permission to provide, and avoid including sensitive medical information in your request.
Questions or corrections
To ask about information you’ve sent, correct a detail, or request deletion of a booking inquiry, email me directly. I’ll review your request personally.
